Hamburg Süd herewith announces a Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF) of four percent (4%) of the basic ocean freight

September 13, 2010.

Australia/New Zealand Services
Effective February 15, 2010, the Alameda Corridor Surcharge (ACS) for all 20' & 40' southbound containers
transported by rail through the ports of Los Angeles, CA and Long Beach, CA will increase to USD20/20' & US$39/40'.
Tariff cargo as well as existing service contracts will be subject to this charge.
The Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority (ACTA) created and implemented this fee, which was designed to
pay off the debts of constructing and operating the Alameda Corridor. Hamburg Sud implemented this charge our
tariff in order to recover the charges being assessed by the railroads.

Increase (GRI) will be implemented on all cargo moving Southbound from or via United States East Coast/Canada to South

40' dry, reefer, tanks and special equipment = $300

Effective January 1, 2008, the Alameda Corridor Surcharge (ACS) for all 20' & 40' southbound containers transported by
rail through the ports of Los Angeles, CA and Long Beach, CA will increase to USD19/20' & US$37/40'.
Tariff cargo as well as existing service contracts will be subject to this charge.
The Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority (ACTA) created and implemented this fee, which was designed to pay off the
debts of constructing and operating the Alameda Corridor. Hamburg Sud implemented this charge our tariff in order to recover
the charges being assessed by the railroads.
